Birthday #1: Can we bring in our own food and or beverages?
We allow you to bring in a cake, cupcakes, or ice cream to celebrate your child's birthday. We also have Hershey's Ice Cream Cakes which we can add on or are included with an ULTIMATE party package. No other outside food or drink may be brought into the building for any reason. If you have guests with special needs or food allergies we will accommodate these issues on a case by case basis. We also have additional food items which can be added on to your package to give you additional options for your guests.
Birthday #2: How many guests can I have?
Our birthday party packages are designed for 10 people including the birthday guest. You can add on additional guests at a per person rate and receive extra event passes, tokens, bowling lanes, food, and drinks depending on how many guests you add on.
Birthday #3: What if we don't have the minimum number of guests?
Your birthday party package is built for 10 people and you will receive all items that are included in your package. These extra event passes and tokens may be split up among the guests, used by parents or extra adult guests, and even saved for another day as they don't expire.
Birthday #4: What does my party schedule look like?
Each of our packages has a different schedule –
Strike Package: Estimated Total Time: 2 to 2 ½ hours
1st – Bowling Time (1 hour)
2nd – Food and Beverage will be delivered to your lanes, Cake, Open Presents (up to 1 hour)
3rd – Arcade Games & Ticket Redemption (30 minutes)
Fun Zone Package: Estimated Total Time: 2 to 2 ½ hours
1st – Party Room Time (up to 1 hour): Food and drinks will be delivered and served to your party by your party host. Your host will also assist with serving cake and the opening of presents.
2nd – Event Passes: Your first event will be a VIP experience where your party host will walk your party to the front of the line for Bumper Cars or Laser Tag. Your party will however have to use the regular lines for your 2nd and any extra event passes. (30 minutes to 45 minutes)
3rd – Arcade Games & Ticket Redemption (30 minutes)
Ultimate Package: Estimated Total Time: 2 ½ to 3 hours
1st – Bowling Time (1 hour)

Birthday #5: Do you require a deposit?
All parties require a $50 non-refundable deposit when booking your party. You may pay your deposit over the phone by credit card or in person with cash or credit card. Deposits will carry over if rescheduled. Your deposit will be used as credit towards your total balance.
Birthday #6: When is the balance due?
Your balance will be due the day of your party when your party host presents you with the final bill before you leave the lanes or party room. Your total balance will include your package price plus extra guests and desired add-ons along with a minimum of 10% gratuity and subtracting your deposit from the total.
Birthday #7: What do we need to bring?
You should only need to bring a camera and the cake/candles (unless purchasing one through us). We supply all plates, napkins, cups, utensils.
Birthday #8: What time should we arrive?
Please plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to the party start time. We also suggest that you tell our guests a time that starts 10 minutes prior to the actual party start time. We don't want any guests to miss out on the action because we start right in with bowling or food in the party room. Your party time slot is NOT adjustable because our party hosts need to be able to host another party after yours. We do reserve the right to cancel any party as a no show if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Birthday #9: Form of Payment
For all birthday parties we accept Cash and Debit/Credit Cards. Debit & Credit Cards must be either: Visa, Master Card, or Discover Cards. Currently we do not accept any American Express Cards. Cash or Cards will be accepted for the deposit we require for all parties NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR BIRTHDAY PARTY PAYMENTS (DEPOSIT & FINAL)
